Don Cleto Farm
This special lot is composed of three highly regarded varieties—Bourbon, Typica, and Pache—grown in one of the most renowned coffee regions of Guatemala. The area's exceptional quality has even led some to suggest it deserves designation of origin status. Don Cleto carefully cultivates these coffees using traditional methods. One of the reasons for his connection with GCF is his use of a manually operated, wooden eco-friendly pulper, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship.
