Cascara is a superfruit with exceptional nutritional and beauty benefits, made from the dried outer skin of fully ripe coffee cherries. It’s additive‑free, rich in polyphenols, naturally low in caffeine, and increasingly recognized as an anti‑aging beverage, especially popular among health‑conscious consumers.

Since 2017, we’ve been experimenting with cascara—conducting hundreds of tests to achieve the highest quality possible. Over the years, we’ve developed cascara products using more than 12 different coffee varieties, refining flavor and consistency. Today, we hold over 2 tons of cascara in our warehouse, enabling us to supply at scale while maintaining strict quality standards.

Our cascara was rigorously tested in a Tokyo lab to ensure quality and safety. It’s packed with polyphenols and antioxidants—up to 7 times more than blueberries—yet contains only 0.044 mg of caffeine per 200 g, making it a virtually caffeine‑free superfood beverage.

Globally, coffee husks account for nearly 40% of the harvest and are often discarded, contributing to environmental pollution in producing countries. By commercializing cascara, we not only reduce waste but also create new income opportunities for coffee producers. However, production is highly labor‑intensive and requires strict management, which limits supply. That’s why few farms produce cascara and imports remain scarce.
