CASCARA COFFEE CHERRY TEA

Cascara is a superfruit made from the dried outer skin of ripe coffee cherries. Additive‑free, rich in polyphenols, naturally low in caffeine, and increasingly valued as an anti‑aging beverage, it’s especially popular among health‑conscious consumers.
Since 2017, we’ve conducted hundreds of tests to perfect quality, developing cascara from more than 12 coffee varieties to refine flavor and consistency. Today, with over 2 tons in our warehouse, we can supply at scale while upholding strict standards.
Our Cascara was rigorously tested in a Tokyo lab to ensure quality and safety. It’s packed with polyphenols and antioxidants—up to 10 times more than blueberries—yet contains only 0.044 mg of caffeine per 200 g, making it a virtually caffeine‑free superfood beverage.
Globally, coffee husks make up nearly 40% of the harvest and are often discarded, causing pollution. By commercializing cascara, we reduce waste and create new income opportunities for producers. Still, production is labor‑intensive and tightly managed, which keeps supply limited.
