By using upcycled Cascara, the coffee cherry peel typically discarded during coffee production, we’re reducing waste, preventing water pollution, and creating new income opportunities for smallholder farmers.
Rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, nearly 10x more than blueberries or açaí, Cascara adds a vibrant layer of flavor to our IPA.
Expect notes of apricot, tropical sweetness, and rich hop character, with subtle hints of rose hip, hibiscus, and complex citrus.

Coffee Cherry IPA is the result of a purposeful collaboration between GOOD COFFEE FARMS and Tsuki to Taiyo Brewing, born in Sapporo—the vibrant heart of Hokkaido’s craft beer culture.
GOOD COFFEE FARMS brought the concept, the recipe, and a clear vision: to harness the remarkable qualities of Cascara and transform it into exceptional products. Tsuki to Taiyo Brewing infused that vision with their expertise, creativity, and the soulful spirit of Hokkaido brewing.
Together, we crafted a one-of-a-kind beer that is bold, flavorful, and brimming with Cascara’s unique benefits.

Cascara is the dried peel of the coffee cherry—It is a superfruit naturally rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, known to support immune health, reduce inflammation, and fight oxidative stress. Its gentle sweetness and fruity complexity make it not only delicious, but also functional—bringing together flavor and wellness.
By sourcing cascara directly from our network of over 250 smallholder farmers, we are creating a new source of income, pride and opportunity for our smallholder farmers and giving new life to cascara, which was once considered worthless.
Our eco-friendly bicycle-powered pulper, which requires no water, electricity, or fuel, is used to process the coffee cherry and collect the Cascara—reflecting our commitment to sustainability and being GOOD for the planet.
